Children are natural born researchers and scientists, as they explore and construct knowledge about the world around them. 

By nurturing their innate abilities we can support them in demonstrating their amazing capabilities, and in turn they develop confidence in their many expressions. 

It is never too early to provide children with environments and experiences that help cultivate an innovative spirit and mindset that includes: Curiosity, Persistence & Grit, Embracing Failure, Adaptability, Empathy & Courage 

 Recognizing the importance of providing our future movers and shakers with the appropriate skills and support required in building a global competitive advantage and driving social innovation.

However, many of the skills and more importantly the mindsets that fuel the creative process and effective problem solving, are not adequately promoted and encouraged in most traditional primary school programs.

  
We understand the needs of future populations can benefit greatly by the development of a distinct set of skills, including idea generation, design thinking and opportunity analysis. It is up to us to make deliberate attempts at creating experiences that help spark this innovative spirit within our children as early as possible, when science tells us this is the key time-frame.
